Dealing with emotional stress is often difficult and sometimes overwhelming.
Taking the decision to enter therapy can be a big step towards the healing process.
What do I offer?
I provide individual and group dramatherapy work offering a creative-expressive and confidential space for those in need. The aims of dramathrapy sessions include exploring ideas and possibilities, issues and problems, as well as exploring feelings, and developing spontaneity and creativity. It also help to improve improve self-image, self-esteem, and develope social skills.
I work on a weekly and ongoing basis offering regular therapy time and space for as long as it is required.
Adults

Sometimes talking therapy is not enough. It is often because there are no words to describe your thoughts or feelings, or simply because you are tired of talking. Creative processes like dramatherapy can help you explore and express what cannot be said. They allow deeper and faster work toward greater self-expression, expanding your understanding and perception, as well as positive transformation in your life.
In the first few sessions we will work together to gather enough information about your history and goals to begin treatment, as well as to clarify the length of the therapy. Then in subsequent sessions we will focus on your personal material in a way that suits your needs.
If you are ready to try something different then dramatherapy might be right for you.
Children
Children also sometimes find it difficult to navigate life's complex twists, turns and relationships, and cannot make sense of what is happening around them. Traditional talking approaches may not be effective for your child as children learn and grow through play. In individual dramatherapy sessions, your child will engage in dramatic play to increase ability to flexibly respond to life's challenges.
Dramatherapy provides a place where your child can access his/her imagination, express feelings and experiment with new responses. This can improve mood, resilience, lower stress, increase creativity and improve social skills, as well as improve academic performance.
Group Dramatherapy
Group dramatherapy offers healing in a supportive and safe environment. Alongside others who share your challenges, you have an opportunity to learn about yourself and improve your interpersonal relationships, as well as feel connected, empowered and understood.
